So .......... PT this morning, crawled in with zero energy ........ and ended up with a deadlift PB ! BOOM!!

SET 1 - 5 reps 40kg
SET 2 - 5 reps 45kg
SET 3 - 5 reps 47.5kg

Knackered now mind! 🤣

In case it helps anyone, dorsiflexion when doing nordic hamstring curls is helpful for hamstrings and calves.

Got my InBody assessment at the gym today. I'm entitled to one a month but it's been a year since my last one! No surprise regarding weight and body fat but that is being addressed and I'm 4.5kg lighter than I was 4 weeks ago so that's WIP. What I'm delighted with is a slight increase to muscle mass, which at my advanced age us a BIG plus 😊
