great DQ! Question for you all - when I have my PT sessions do you think it would be OK for me to get PT to video or take pics of me doing stuff so I can check form etc at home? |

Brilliant DQ. That's the Holy Grail of strength training as far as I'm concerned. I really want to do the same but don't seem able to manage it! Am stuck at same weight - I WISH I could get my arms like my legs! |

Pix I'm sure that your PT would do that with no issue- my physio certainly does, shows me how I'm running etc, or exercises etc I'm still going strong with 3x 6.30am bootcamps, can't believe it lol. Getting stronger I think! I'm making it up to 4 with a core class but this week I *really* am going to add a body pump sessions somewhere. |

EvilPixie Absolutely. I think vids are brilliant for checking form. And can help teach you to be objective about yourself. (I'm going to film myself doing barre, I know it will be not what I see in my head!) |

I filmed myself doing some stuff at the gym the other day to send to my coach. I then spotted a notice saying you are not allowed to use your phone to take photos or videos. I will carry on doing it (as long as no-one else is exercising close by or course - I wouldn't dream of inadvertently filming anyone else) until I get told off, as the feedback I got was very helpful
