BTW, GM, your body & arm position in your press up photos is (from what I can see) pretty much text book. If that’s indicative of they way you and your trainer work together you’ve got something very good going there. Very good indeed.

I’m glad we agree 😀, but I don’t think you were ever going to get it “wrong”, Sharkie. You’re an extremely experienced athlete (in multiple disciplines) from that experience you know when something looks right, not quite right and just plain wrong.
