I looked for your blog with the beanie instructions Velociraptor but couldn’t spot it, am I being blind?

Has anyone watched In The Factory at a sock factory? They do info slots and there’s a bit where they explain how Kitchener stitch got its name. I admit to shouting it out and then getting a handmade sock to show my BF!

[The notes I've made on Ravelry are mostly a bunch of scribble and numbers for my own reference.]

I've started a new crochet blanket since Xmas, 182 st foundation chain bertie blanket: lozenge stitch. In theory very straightforward as I've made the attic 24 moorland previously. However I've ripped out 2 rows, and then another single row as just couldn't keep the count right despite checking and checking...

Ah well. Tomorrow's another day.

Just looked for the pattern on Ravelry, I like the look of that. Maybe try a smaller swatch to get the pattern right?

I’ve been trying mosaic crochet as I want to make a Nya infinity blanket. ravelry.com
My first sample was really tricky and not very accurate, I’ve had another go and I think I’ve finally understood how to read the chart. It requires a fair bit of thinking and counting but hopefully it will get easier once I get to the main project

Hi Meglet, I’m looking forward to catching that one on iPlayer as I used to work in a sock factory 🏭 when I was in my 20s 🧦
