Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nope. Touch wood. But 5 months of physio to finally get it completely gone.

Still. I went on to far bigger things with the double tear meniscus of the right knee. 😁

Luckily on the mend and that did force me back to rowing … so, every cloud and all that.

Good to see you back on the erg Nellers, hope it goes well mate!

Good luck with the 2k Jef, it's good they've announced BRIC early for once! I'll be in the 50-54 LW hopefully, I started the year as HW so decided to row every day in January and do dry January in an attempt to shift some timber, I'm definitely leaner but I've only lost 2lb! Dry January lasted 26 days - we went to Britain's Strongest Man at the weekend and enjoyed some 🍻

Was that the Eddie Hall comeback Craggy? Well done losing even a couple of lbs. I'm struggling to just break even with the training being so up and down so far.

There was no sign of Eddie Nellers, think his comeback stalled and he then tried body building. The Stoltman brothers were there and big Tom dominated 💪

Thanks mate, I'm sure weight loss gets harder as you get older! Hopefully you'll start to get some consistent training in soon 🤞
