Haha no half marathon for me unfortunately Muttley, I've had Sinus issues this week so taking it easy, will hopefully manage a few more miles before the end of the month though.

Urgh, you have my sympathy Craggy. I had sinusitis once. Suffice to say I didn't enjoy it.

Hope youâre feeling better soon, Craggy. Iâve not had sinusitis before but it doesnât sound like much fun.
I took advantage of everyone else having better things to do yesterday and seem to have sneaked onto the daily champions list with a 10K. Small victories!

Over 30c in the shed this evening. Doors open, 3 fans, no shirt.
16 x 1 min hard. 1 min easy plus the warm up and down for a bit more than 11km this evening.
Tough but satisfying.

Multiple ways of doing it, Dave. Some more complicated than others.
Are you using ErgData to link the rower to Garmin? If so you can link the Concept2 Log website to Fetch and it will auto-upload the basics of the session (I think it's just time and distance but I couldbe wrong. I don't do it that way.)
Also if you want all your splits/graphs/HR data you can download the TCX file from the logbook and upload that to Fetch manually. You'll also have to relabel it as rowing as it will default to "CrossTraining - General". Thats what I do. Bit of a pain but you get used to it and you get all your data.
It's also possible to set up your Garmin account to shift everything straight to Fetch (like it probably does with running already).
Depending which Garmin watch you have you might be able to install the ErgIQ app which will link the watch to the monitor and capture all your data BUT for some reason doesn't record the distance. Really easy once set up, though.
