Welcome back Nellers! Bad backs are no fun and nor are gippy tums. By "without bother" you presumably mean without revisiting your last meal onto the floor?

If you don't tell us you're unwell, we can't send healing vibes in your direction ...

I'm second so far in this month's rowing league. This cannot be right.

(But the physio he say no running for a week while we sort out that dicky achilles, so I'll be clocking up more metres on the C2.)

Ha!

This morning's sesh was 4 x 800m with 2-min rests. Shaved 0.1 sec off the average rep pace, so all is good.

That concludes week 12 and is the halfway point of the BPP. Onwards and upwards.

Hi all.
The odd session here and there.
Have started running again, only once or twice a week and getting there slowly.

Had a go at May’s CTC. It is the 200th so it was an all out 200secs.

Managed a respectable 992m.
That has dangled just enough of a carrot to want to break 1000m.

Welcome back stranger! ;-)

That's quite a pace to hit there for someone who has on;y done the odd session here and there!

Nellers likes to give us a head start in the distance League Muttley 😂well done on reaching halfway in the BPP - those 12 weeks have gone quick!
Good to see you back at it Nellers!

Good effort on the CTC Sinj, but yes you have to go again to find those 8 metres 😉

My 3 challenges this month are:
CTC - 200 seconds
Club challenge - half marathon
Lightweight group challenge - marathon.

I might give the marathon a miss!

Tonight I did 10 x 700m with 90 sec rest, target was 0.4s faster than last weeks 10x750m, I managed 1 second faster so pleased with that!
