Looking at the league table for today I see Craggy is on 115.3 and Muttlers is on 107.3, so we're in with a chance!

Good session Nellers, I bet those minute rests felt a lot less than one minute towards the end end!

Well done CW, at least you gave it a go and it's nice to try something new! I'm with you on the individual sport, I always liked the fact that running is an individual sport but there's also a good social/team side to it if and when you choose.

Haha Muttley, last I looked it was Muttlers 113, Craggys Whiskers 155 😂

^ Pfft. That's cheating. Three x 2,000 this morning plus lengthy warmup to take it to 10,000 in total. See, I'm pulling my weight. Dunno if the other guy is though!

I think it's called synchronicity, Muttley.

2500 m warm up, 3 x 2000m with 1:40 rest, 1500m warm down.

3 x 2k plus bits and bobs gave me just over 10k. Snap.;-)

Excellent ... my rests were 4 minutes, as per the plan. Onwards and upwards.

Nice work fellas!

I set out to do a half marathon TT, but it started to drizzle during my warm up so I moved indoors, it was far too hot and I quit after 5k. I then did a steadier 10 miles at r20 so clocked over 22k in total 👍

Good mileage Craggy! Mine is starting to decline now as I gingerly resume some running. Physio tomorrow. The achilles hasn't relapsed. Yet.

In the meantime, 10,000 metres plus 1,000 warmup this morning. I'm on week 14 of the BPP and it's beginning to become hard work!

Seems Craggy is on 145 and Muttlers on 138. I did my bit yesterday so it's all down to you today Nellers :-)

Sorry mate. I’m in a caravan In Hunstanton and Mrs Nellers wouldn’t let me bring the rower. You’re on your own!

She wouldn't let you bring the rower? I think you need to put your foot down with a firm hand and all that.

I'm running today, planning 10k or so tomorrow ... but don't tell Craggy, or he'll go and do something daft like a half marathon :-)
