As long as you’re in the team and you log your metres they add to the team total Automatically.

I thought I'd make up a bit of ground on Mousey in the distance league today. Knocked out 21km and some change.
I've just seen that he's gone and done 20km already. Git.

Ha! Serves you right!
Late summer blast of hot weather here so a little bit of UT1 work before it got too sweaty.

Ah well. Another 12-odd kms this evening. Put another 33m onto my 30r20 score fromt he other week, so happy with that.

It's taken me and my Model D 13 years and 2 months. It would be nice to hit 15 million metres by 15 years but that'll take a bit of work. You'd think that after all these metres I'd be a bit faster

Well done Nellers, those 30r20's are hard, they should make you mentally strong as well as physically strongđź’Ş
Very impressive Muttley that's a lot of metres! 15 million in 15 years would be a good challenge, a tough challenge but doable.

Cheers Craggy, and yes, well done Muttley. That's a lot of strokes!
The CrossFit Games is going on remotely right now and event 4 was a 1km row. Bear in mind that these guys are doing rowing as just a part of their training. It was won in 2:48.9 for the men and 3:15.8 for the women.
I was really please that my PB would have kept me from being last in the women!

Wow, Muttley! That's quite a total. We'll be here cheering you on towards your 15 million target.
Those are seriously impressive 1km times, Nellers. Were those for any particular age group, or were they open times?
Speaking of virtual events, I've been wondering about giving the Devon Indoor Rowing Champs a go next weekend, just to have something to work towards. It's an honour system rather than a scheduled race, so there's a 24-hour window to complete the event(s) and you just submit your times. They're offering a 5000m and a 1000m. I'm not in PB shape at the moment, so am thinking of entering both events, probably doing one on Saturday and the other on Sunday morning. Has anyone got any thoughts on which way round to do them? And would the answer change if you were doing them both in one session?

Ooh, that sounds like an interesting challenge and I’m tempted to have a go myself at the 5k.
My option would be to do the 1km as early in the window as possible then the 5km as late as possible. The 5km will definitely blunt your speed for the 1km but the 1km with plenty of recovery time shouldn’t hurt your endurance too badly I wouldn’t have thought.
The CrossFit performances are open results so most of the competitors are 25-35. One of the women, Sam Briggs, is a Mancunian and is I think 38 now. I found out that she used to hold some age group world bests for the 2km row. She’s pretty awesome!

I've just looked at the Daily Champions table on the distance chart and seen Mousey's total for the 18th ...
