Nice training going on LR with a faster finish, and after that some mountain biking with my sons. |

Another parkrun where I ran it all and slightly quicker than last week. That’s now 4 in a row so hopefully fitness is coming back.

8.7 miles at a slightly slower pace. A lot of runners I saw today usually do their long runs on Sundays, so we must all have had one eye on the weather forecast to go out a day earlier than usual. |

Brilliant Nice running all Good luck to Sundays racers 4.6 miles this evening before work. Felt a bit laboured so since Sunday will be night 3 of 4 I will have a rest day on Sunday. |

Not as fast as Ally, but a good solid half marathon.
