I decided it wasn't worth doing two hours today. My legs are still battered from yesterday and I think I've got a decent chance of racking up some miles tomorrow if I have an easy day and lots of food today TW: alcohol |

A late night wedding reception on Friday followed by a restless night last night. Decided that I probably wasn't going to enjoy a long run this weekend so switched off the alarm clock and had a lie in instead.
