Ran back with the shopping. Evening - mainly urban run from Sheffield bus station to work. Quite cold and frost forming in places

A interval session later depending on the weather

Stopped in Callander for the bakery on the way home, got talking to a guy called Raj about the benefits of macaroni pies. Turned out he was the co-founder of Precision Hydration. Talked to him for a good 15-20 minutes, really interesting guy. A consultant heart surgeon iirc.
