Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hard, 5 mile trail race. Third race in three days. All short right enough.

Thatโ€™s a tough schedule well done

Achieving the busyness ๐Ÿ˜

Not the run I wanted/planned today as car problems meant I didnโ€™t get to go to run the Maravan
Instead I did a 7 mile run in the afternoon including a 5k effort. In the evening I ran from Sheffield centre to work (4.6 miles ) including London Rd a busy street with takeaways pubs etc. Lots of weaving and dodging of people out enjoying themselves.

Just the regulation 5k - around Denhead of Gray to Invergowrie - landscape stunning - running not so much very much suffering from the blank weeks in October and the time off for a cold too. Will get back to something better - but now just enjoying being out there again regularly.

Bowman ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช
It was ok, and it got done.
But mostly, it took me over 5000km (3125mi) for the year so far. Yaaay.

Great mileage Bowman ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช! I was feeling pleased with myself having done 2000 before December but that is a whole different level. Well done!

Thanks solo :)
2000+ is amazing too.
Actually all distances that someone have worked hard for is a big deal imho.

Massive milage Bowman ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช and it also includes a lot of hard sessions and races.

I agree itโ€™s all relevant to the person.

Run 1 was a wet and cold run from work to the bus station in Sheffield. Then a cold bus journey home and a wet dog walk.

On the bus into town then itโ€™s a run to work. At least itโ€™s not raining now

Hope you get over the Covid soon solo
