Dry but a bit nippy when i stopped running The second a nice mixed terrian 6 miles in the afternoon (went to get the dogs meds from the vets so not a cheap run)

Scarcely a breeze; yes, it was cold but I finished bathed in honest perspiration, proably a mark of my fitness atm! Beach, Marina and coastal park, a very bright moon on the wane but still supplementing my head torch. 46 min.
