Intervals tonight, looks like it’ll be 5 x 1k loops, I’ll be in the group going every 6 minutes. The speedsters I’ll be doing something like 6 going on 4 minutes.

I received duff information. Session was 5x3 minutes on grass, 2 minute jog in between. Speedsters did 7x3. God knows how many times I got lapped.

Sports massage on my sore calf yesterday so went for a short walk today. Will go for a wee jiggle tomorrow morning.

Was going to go for a run with my dog in the woods but she didn’t want to get in the car so I put her back in the house, changed my shoes and did an easy 5k out and back on the lanes instead. Still enjoyed it 😁.

Four miles for me today with a hill sprint and strides loop in the next village.
Slight drizzle meant I got to change the new pulldowns on the training entry page

3 miles and felt ok. Having some back issues so haven't run for a while again. This year has been very stop- start.
