I was going to break eggs with a big stick, this week and running wise.
However a cold over the weekend and tge arrival of baby jude ( our 1st grandchild) put paid to that.
4 miles this morning and I will crack on with the rest of the week

Today I set out following my watch's suggestion for tomorrow: steeling myself for a tough 50 mins threshold session, a tall order. Part-way round I realised this included 10 mins wu/cd so I only had to do 30 threshold. Win!
