Feeling warm today and a short shower was most welcome to cool me down during the run! No time for shower post run but pretty sure that I didn’t smell any worse than some customers 😂

Lumpy going along beach to the Serpentine, then along prom, where waves were rumbling and crashing noisily...over me! Chose trail to the baths, then prom, beach and lakeside. 62 min.
