Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

An excellent 2 hour easy pace run halfway through a workday. Feeling warm today and a short shower was most welcome to cool me down during the run! No time for shower post run but pretty sure that I didn’t smell any worse than some customers 😂

Just 3km on the treadmill to warm up before lifting some heavy(ish) things.

Managed a 10-20-10 min threshold run on trails in the same gtx shoes as yesterday. Still raining!

Just over 10k on club run. Bit of raised pavement took one down and 2 of us stumbled but kept our feet, the perils of night running.

No run today but a back/hamstring session followed by yoga felt good.

I've a suspicion that the earth stretches & gets itself comfy for the night: only way to explain flat ground becoming lumpy and dry stretches wet!

10pm Mild night, light breeze, tide rushing in. Lumpy going along beach to the Serpentine, then along prom, where waves were rumbling and crashing noisily...over me! Chose trail to the baths, then prom, beach and lakeside. 62 min.

Had an easy trail run in the kind of slight drizzle blending into fog that inspired the Norwegian weather app's name («yr»). Not too bad to run in, as it's still about 8C.
