Mournful foghorn and visibility down to 100 yards. However, half a mile inland, it was fairly clear. Coastal park, Marina, prom, long stretch of beach & back via baths & beach. 66 min.

Cross country is an acquired taste and one I've chosen to let go, didn't mind the dry ones but last race after torrential rain got to be too much for me. Solid 7 miles pounding pavements for me this morning.
