Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Gone 10pm before I set off, so losing my bearings in the mist as I tacked up the beach is entirely my fault! Mournful foghorn and visibility down to 100 yards. However, half a mile inland, it was fairly clear. Coastal park, Marina, prom, long stretch of beach & back via baths & beach.
66 min.

Well-done Ally-C. Cross country is an acquired taste and one I've chosen to let go, didn't mind the dry ones but last race after torrential rain got to be too much for me.

Solid 7 miles pounding pavements for me this morning.

Mud, rain & hillsπŸ˜‚

The National XC Relays, pretty churned up by the time our team went.

Our male B team won the male event, our A team third!

Very wet and rainy... But not unpleasant honestly! Thought I'd picked the wrong attire with shorts rather than leggings, but soon warmed up. It's officially headtorch and reflectivity season for me now if I'm running in the evening!
