My fastest 5k for 6 years by 2 and a half minutes and back under the 25 min mark which was a bit of a shock as I was hoping for 26 mins! 24.47 =

ridiculous, frankly, in all this snow. It's not that cold, so it is all powdery and impossible to get any traction.
I put in a crossfit session so all was not lost which leads me to ask: how do you log times for crossfit? The sessions are officially an hour but there is a lot of standing about in that - getting instructions, between sets and then when we are finished (because I might finish my set well within the official time - not because I am good but because I am still doing the easiest sets ) I've been logging 1 hr but it feels a bit cheaty when I probably only worked 35 minutes today.
