I'll be interested to see what Garmin comes up with when I start adding track races in.

I'll also be interested in if Garmin is smart enough to change predictions based on routes for a race (elevation, etc). Don't know if I'll be able to add a route for the road relays. Has anyone done this and seen a difference?

I wish I had got the 7 now!
All this info and training specific to races sounds great

I think for training specific to races, it's reserve judgement ATM, but it's a feature that could help runners if they get it right.

I think I too use very little of the features which was why I didn't go for the 7 as that has even more I wouldn't us!

Garmin Pay is probably the useful thing for me even if I won't use it very often. Means I can go for run with just watch and keys knowing I always have money if I need to get a bus or something else. No cash, card or phone necessary.

That should say *most* useful.

I appreciate the better sleep stuff over the 245 though and the training stuff is interesting to monitor.

Training load split is also a useful upgrade over the 245.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
