Although if you don't mind setting you watch back up to your preferred settings, a factory reset isn't a bad option. Your history will all be stored on the Garmin site/Garmin Connect, and starting with a nice "empty" watch can't be a bad thing.

If my Garmin starts getting a bit dodgy (FR 245) I usually delete the history and it seems to work better. Like 3M says, the history's on Connect, or on here.

Deleting your history and then getting told you've broken your pb at various distances can be a morale booster!

Can any Garmin/Fetch experts help on this one:

I set up a workout in Connect (e.g 1 mile warmup, 5 miles mara pace, 1 mile cooldown), sync it to my 245 and choose Do Workout for my run. All good and the watch behaves as expected during the session.

When the run uploads to Fetch, it breaks it down into individual miles - I have auto-laps set to 1 mile on the watch. But what I want is to break it down into the 3 segments programmed, so I can see my performance for the total of the important bit - the 5 miles in the middle.

Thing is, I know it used to work this way, I can see old entries in my Fetch training log that split into the workout segments rather than the auto-miles. Although it is possible they were on a different Garmin - I can't remember when I changed from 620 to the 245. But I have always had 1-mile auto-laps, regardless of device.

Intriguingly, the run on the Garmin Connect website has the segmentation I want, but the app doesn't!

Anyone know how I can get the segmentation I want in Fetch?

Definitely, tOR. Not sure if either of these work, links to an old training entry with splits as per the "workout"...

It has the single-mile autolaps, but crucially it has the workout segments in the summary at the top. That's what I miss...
