Glad your mum is looking better Mel and hope you got over to see her today. Fingers crossed she's on the mend soon. Welld one on the walk and yoga too (I do have a habit of falling asleep, but thankfully I'm home alone)
I find giving blood really affects my training Moo, good that you realised what was wrong.
I was very low on calories yesterday and by 10 I was feeling peckish, I had some Aldi mini salted rice cakes so not too bad all things considered.
Protein % has been improved this week now to keep it up.
Made a tuna pasta salad for lunch, OH always looks non plussed by it but came in and said how much he enjoyed it. So in future he eats it or he doesnt but I'll make it anyway.
Sneak on the scales today looked like a STS, which would be disappointing as I have been pretty good all week, but as some of you have noticed Xmas lbs are still adding themselves on so we'll see what tomorrow brings.
Hope you're all doing ok.

I think my downfall would be Asda chocolate peanuts which is the main reason I'm having no chocolate. Asda have helped me give up as I notice they've put the price up from £1.10 to £1.30. 😲😲

My Mum was looking better today but a bit confused about which ward she was in or how long she's been there. I'm showing willing re exercise, despite being in a Premier Inn tonight. Have brought my gear with me and hopefully, can get out for a fast walk in the morning before driving home.

I’ve noticed Pam that since I’ve stopped working I no longer know the price of their chocolate peanuts or raisins 😉😉😉😉 . The raisins were my work downfall.

Great restraint there Pix! I find saying to myself do you want this or that have xxx later mostly works
Glad you saw your mum looking better Mel and maybe you needed it. I did similar today, work alarm went off at 7 but I don’t work Fridays. Said to hubby I’m having another 1/2hr (feeling like I’ve got a cold incoming) woke up almost 2hrs later! I will run later, probably after lunch I’m going to potter with housework today.
Weighed this morning but only tracking monthly. I’m up 0.4lb which is disappointing given I’ve been very careful but as I said the other day I don’t often see results correlate.
