Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Morning all! Just catching up after a run of long shifts. Not good for my habits. Got in from work last night and didn't eat anything, just shattered and to bed like a zombie. My garmin keeps saying exercise makes my body battery more resilient and I'm hoping weight loss will too.

EvilPixie - I love your year timescale.

weekly weigh in for me today - I’m down 1.6 kg, which is not surprising - a lot was likely water from my excess carbs the week before

It’s my birthday today and we are going out for dinner - I’ll try to be relatively abstemious!

Decided to post today's weigh-in to keep me in sync with the rest of you :) As at the weekend, a slight increase for me this week.

Happy birthday Hibeedeb I would say enjoy your birthday dinner and have a great day, that was a good loss so well done.

Totoro shift work must be so difficult to deal with but I am sure getting some rest will boost your exercise and your resilience.

The choc protein is the best I've found it doesnt taste artificial like some others I've tried. I should add its Gold Standard Whey Protein powder, I got first from Amazon then a large tub from Costco but our local (small) tesco stock it if anyone wanted to try it.

I've also started (finally) to take collagen and multivitamins in the hope it helps me stop feeling so run down.

HM broth and a cheese sandwich for lunch.
