Here we go another year, another weight loss thread
I have a wedding to trim down for on March 1st, and then more weight to shift to make me feel better and improve my cycling and running.
I will sort out a spreadsheet, and what ever else needs doing but for now I need to shower and then go have some fun.
I will start in 2nd January 2019.
Lets do it .......

I need to carefully watch what I eat, making sure I'm properly fueled for marathon training - without over-rewarding myself. I'd love to lose a stone in the next 3 months - but slowly and without any faddiness!

Ok, I'm stepping up and slimming down. The post-baby cakes are no more. Back to work and no longer BF during the day, so no more excuses!
I have 15lbs to lose.

Well, the dreaded new year weigh in. I would like to get back to my post-Camino weight by Easter. That means shifting 2st 3lb in 15 weeks, aka just over 2lb a week. Should be doable from where I’m starting.
I’ve already done a brisk walk round the racecourse (2.1 miles) to kick off the new exercise regime.

Well done Rev. I will weigh in tomorrow as I know today is an eating and drinking day.

Thanks, LG. Hugs, RH.
I’ve spent one of my Christmas vouchers on Dr Rangan Chatterjee’s “The 4 Pillar Plan”, which is about making making multiple small lifestyle adjustments in the areas of relaxation, eating, moving and sleep, to promote health and wellbeing. I like the one which says spend at least 15 minutes every day doing something enjoyable which is just for you. Unfortunately Fetch doesn’t count because it has to be tech-free.
