Have entered a weigh in date column and LG can weigh in what ever day you wish I will just update/clear once a week

Don’t seem to be able to open the spreadsheet, may be dodgy Wi-fi though so will try again later.

Not sure if I’m going to log on MFP - for some reason seems to demotivate me - but will keep a food diary from Monday.

Went back to the gym yesterday - needs to be done as I run a fair bit, but that’s all I do these days when I used to do spin, circuits etc. Only did about 45 mins - some rowing, some TRX exercises, some press ups and some plyo exercises, but have pretty bad DOMS today.

DOMS is a bugger when you start something new - I’ve learned from painful experience to start with only a few reps of whatever it is and build from there.

I’m starting to add some exercises to wake up my sleepy glutei. It will change my world, apparently.

I got back from holidays yesterday, plumpier than ever, so I'm in as usual. Getting bronchitis for couple of weeks and plus the holidays means that I haven't lifted a finger for weeks and I've eaten like a pig.

I won't do a weekly weigh in though, I'll do every 4 weeks. Off to do my own tracker spreadsheet!
