Just keep being healthy LD at least then you know your are fuelling your body and it will hopefully start to respond soon and don’t forget to look for other clues it’s working the scales are evil sometimes.

My scales are not moving much but I’m feeling trimmer and quite a few people lately have commented that I am looking like I’ve lost weight.

Is there something that you need to change, LD? Are you following the plan or are there too many deviations? It might be worth reading the book again just to refresh your mind on what you can eat and what to avoid.

Oh far too many deviations, GM! I'm still at the stage of wanting to lose weight but not actually taking the action to achieve it. I'm telling myself that nothing will get serious until after I've completed Run the Sum and done my Spanish Half marathon on Feb 6th. You heard it here first: I will be restarting my BSD eating plan on Feb 8th (we don't fly home til the evening of Feb 7th!)

Well done GM & DC.

Nice NSV GG - it's not always about the scales!!

LD at least you know why - far worse when you follow the plan to the letter and still don't get the result!

3.5lb off for me - woohoo!! Really pleased as I only did 2x800 days last week and did a min hoover impression yesterday, bit too much picking!

I'm going for 3x800 days this week - today, Wed and Fri. Meals are all planned and shopping done for the week. I've planned meals that hubby and I can both have but he can add rice/pasta to his.

Well done kwala. It's a great idea to plan similar but adaptable meals.
