The emphasis on full fat is (I think) largely for two reasons: firstly, the fat helps you to feel fuller for longer, and secondly the low or non-fat versions of many products have additives which might not be helpful (especially sugar!). If you can't tolerate them and are happy with natural yogurt I don't see the harm with sticking with what works for you.
There aren't many recipes with cream IIRC. Lots with healthy quantities of olive oil.

Probably need to look at the 800 keto book and see if I can adapt. Thanks.

Well back from fat club and as of tomorrow morning I’m on it.
I have 24 weeks until my nephew gets married and I have 12lbs to lose. I don’t want it to be as slow as 1/2lb a week lose but I don’t need to go mad on a Slim Fast shake diet either.
About to take my measurements and knuckle down on some core training.
OH had a home BP monitor for a week and the GP phoned him today so his BP is on the high side and his cholesterol could be done with being lowered. Don’t get me wrong there is nothing of him but since giving up his refereeing on a Sat he knows the difference so that will help us kick start the lose as he has an appointment f2f in 10 days time after starting the meds.
Bye bye wine and crisps for Feb

ZERO focus on this during January, while OH put me to shame by sticking to 800 cals per day for 23 days, plus a daily 20 min row and a walk, losing 6kg in the process.
Four weeks till my birthday. I'm where I was before Christmas, which is no disaster, but I'd like to see 3kg gone by the end of Feb.

I’ve been eating everything in sight, managed to demolish a bag of mamosa tortilla crisps over a few days. Not like me at all. But I’m doing what coachy has advised which if to fuel my running worry about dieting later.
I’ve struggled with the concept but this morning my run felt so amazing. So continuing focus on healthy and fuelling for now.
Wishing you all luck and focus on your goals and your husband has done so well SK, men do tend to drop weight so well compared to us ladies.

Managing the time restricted eating OK, nothing until 12 and stop calorie intake by 8 pm seems achievable. Not sure I’ll manage less than 1000 cals a day though.
Temporary and short term go at this whilst not able to do the mileage I should be doing, there will be big adjustments to fuel training properly when I am.

That's good RH. You should get a decent weight loss at 1000-1200 a day.

Hope so - and hope to keep that on a 5:2 type plan once I’m running miles again

Why do men always make it look so easy...
Back on MFP and so far so good. Not a great day yesterday as Grandsons birthday and he wanted an afternoon tea.
Back on it though and even though today has been a really stressful day, I am have stayed in control
