Fantastic GM! Great forward planning for your break - enjoy!

I'm starting week 4 with 7.72lbs loss and 3 inches off my waist, which I'm delighted with ๐Ÿ˜Š
We also have a wee break this week but in a hotel for one night. Depending on what is on offer, we are thinking on room service for dinner as we are in a suite so may as well enjoy the facilities to the full!

I end January 1.3lb from where I started - not brilliant because I was still slowly gaining at the beginning of the month. The bit off/bit more on pattern seems to have been broken this week though - so hoping February will be better

I haven't weighed today but will do tomorrow morning. If I've stayed the same that'll be a big win but I suspect it's much more likely to be a gain. I've really stuffed my face over the last few days :-(

Great progress GM and DQ.

2.5lbs off for me - pretty happy with that given the ear situation which left me feeling generally under the weather over the weekend which in turn led to me eating anything and everything I could get my hands on. But I really need to work on breaking that connection I have between food and comfort/reward because it didn't make me feel better!
