Well said MM!

I had my 2x800 days on Mon and Wed. I've slipped a bit from 16:8 - more like a 15:9 pattern - blaming hubby for the hour slippage as he got home late from work a couple of days so we had our dinner later than intended.

I was meant to do a 3rd 800 cal day today but I have a recurring ear infection and it flared up last night so very little sleep and much feeling sorry for myself = bit of a carb overload today (still probably less damage than I would have done pre Fast800 as I stopped eating at 8pm!). All dosed up with penicillin, cocodamol and in bed with a cuppa and a book - hopefully will sleep better tonight!

1.6lb off this week - frustratingly close to a milestone. I've now lost 20.8lb, not quite the 1.5 stones I was hoping for by today. I had lost another half lb by last Friday but then 1.5lb jumped on overnight for some reason and it has been slower coming off again so I know it's just water retention.
We are going away for 4 nights and I'm taking meals that I've prepared (chilli, rainbow coleslaw) as well as some on plan quick to cook meals (steak and salad, salmon and mushy peas, my campervan favourite) so should be ok, unless we decide to have a meal out one afternoon.
Have a good week everyone.

You’re doing amazing GM enjoy your mini break

Hope you’re feeling better soon Kwala

I’ve had the hungriest week ever, but I think it may be my body reacting after the weeks of not being well and food/nutrients not staying in my body.

I’ll hopefully have a more balanced week this week. Have a good one guys.
