We are off to Norfolk next week, am trying to be good until then and also helps as am trying to get OH's blood sugar levels under control.
I also need to move more as I think my body is used to the level I do now

Made a lovely homegrown tomato & tuna salad for lunch with a little bit of sourdough toast (with garlic)
Making seafood crespella from PoN for tea using our tomatoes. Trying not to think about chocolate with afternoon cuppa.
Amount of moving is definitely part of it looking at my mileages building up to my ultra I was about 40 - 50m a month more than now and I’m no doubt eating & drinking the same.

Norfolk's lovely, have a great time Mandy.
I haven't weighed for a while now and I suspect it'll not be good news when I do. Like GM, I need to get back properly to BSD meals, I've been allowing myself far too many 'little treats'.

Treating myself to a Jo Malone bath with a book instead of TV with a wine.
Tea was lovely in past I’ve done 2 wraps (mostly due to mileages I was eunning) but tonight that felt a bit much even though calories was. I ate the tops of both wraps as the bottoms were soggy.
All food in calories is only 1141 I’ve burnt 945 in today’s runs! Another reason why I drink - to use up calories.
But it will work out in the end I’m not likely to starve 😂

hello. Can I join you? I have put on nearly 2kg on holiday, and was already right on the edge of 'acceptable-for-me'. I could do with losing 3kg and would ideally like to lose 6kg. I'm also running a lot less, which doesn't help.
Pain points are sweet things, especially after dinner. Portion control and picking also an issue.

Hi LindsD welcome to our little group.
I need to sort myself out - I get the lbs off during the week and put them on at weekends. Or maybe I need to stop getting weighed on a Monday!
Off to Iceland on Thursday - the cost of eating and drinking out there may result in a weight loss weekend haha

Righty ho troops, I am with you all in the get a grip gang! Like MM I don't know what's going on but I just can't seem to get my eating under control, and with being on the injury bench I'm not running much and slow puppy walks have replaced my 30 minute brisk daily walk
I've had a visit from the black dog, so that's not helping but I'm trying to get rid of it and things do feel a little better this week.
Small steps my FFF friends, we've got this!

Welcome Lints. I have the same pattern as gg - lost weight during the week, then had carb cravings over the weekend and put all the loss back on again. It was a very nice cherry crumble btw....
