LD it’s so hard alcohol is my biggest issue (im far from an alcoholic 😂) but I love a glass of wine/beer or a G&T.
I try not to drink mid week but last week we were on holiday with family and I drank so much as we generally had one mid afternoon (my auntie can drink!) I would take it steady but still drank way more than I should have.
Decided not drinking this week, went to my cousins to drop her daughter off after I had her out and she poured a wine. I said I don’t want one but handed it to me anyway. I poured 3/4 into another glass and had a tiny one. Why do people not listen?
Otherwise I was on plan, under calories and feeling focused. But it is only day 2 and I have a weekend at cousins caravan and we will be sinking some wine again. I have crazy weekends right up to November 😬

Agree with Womble every little win is good.
My cousin 2 came last night she’s having a tough time with husband so I was a friendly ear. We had a hot tub and a bottle of Prosecco (I am hopeless) but it was actually nice to be just us two as normally the boys are there or her mum.
Otherwise food was good and was still under calories.
Nice to be home and packing in the veggies it’s hard to get as much veg in on the boat as we have limited storage and last week with visitors I wasn’t cooking and eating out. Another good day planned meals all sorted. I feel in control.
I’m having a go a frumpets today for lunch - 2 x crumpets little circle cut out the middle. Stuff with cheese out cut out bit back then dip in beaten egg and pan fry. I adore crumpets and these look delicious.

Oh my word they are delicious. I used a mix of cheddar & Brie but def will use mozzarella next time to get the cheesy ooze.
Bit of a faff getting the top middle bit out but I managed and even with a hole in the bottom of one the egg sealed it as well as the holes on the top so no seepage.
Yummy!

I really need a good kick up the bottom.
Another social weekend with my faves this time her caravan. Drank way too many calories but kept food on track cooking good healthy meals - until she kept popping late nights snacks in the oven! (Thinking i maybe don’t feed them enough when they’re with us 😂)
Upshot is the weight I lost last week is back again. I know it’s temporary I will get it off but if I could just avoid putting it on in the interim it would be a big help.
Created a training plan to get me to Loch Ness in 4 weeks. We have Iceland next weekend (at least it’s so expensive we probably won’t eat or drink much haha) although there will be snacks in the cases 😬
So meals planned fluxing to fit training & I’m committing to doing some strength work that I’ve been neglecting lately & which I know helps with toning so all being well I’ll get this back on track. New month new plan renewed focus.

I went back to BSD meals when I got home from my sister's on Friday. 5lb off so far. 5lb more needed to get back to where I was in April. Then this time, I need to stick with it and shift much of the surplus in time for Christmas...
