I have such bad habits too WW the weekend was mad with my cousin & her partner over we walked to town for food and shared a bottle of wine (me & her) thankfully managed to avoid another drink on the way back - twice! They didn’t leave until 1am
I am not the biggest fan of eating out I have no control over calories (it’s rare I eat out so I don’t go for the healthier options) we’re now out this Friday for a meal and next week we have my parents & auntie uncle with us (they’re staying in a hotel) so that will include more drinking than I’d normally do mid day as they’ll want to chill with a drink while they’re out and also eating out - not sure I can cook for 6 adults on a boat definitely doing lunches and at least one evening meal.
I think after next weekend things should quieten down.

Hello lovely FFers
I decided that I can't focus on too much at one time so haven't been monitoring food very much as I'm concentrating more on strength work. But I'm returning to running - slowly - and am changing some unhelpful habits.

Lovely to hear from you all, hugs to thems that needs them.
I had planned to have an 'awesome August' with getting back to training, drinking water and eating well.
So far, it's been more of the same shit I did in July. From today I'm going to focus on tracking, even if it isn't within goals and try to get back to that habit and hopefully that will help get me back some control

I found it much easier to lose weight in winter than in summer. You'd think with warmer salad days that it would be the other way round. I can't blame more takeaways or meals out as they are of a similar frequency. I just seem to eat more in summer 🤷♀️

Think my summer issue is alcohol calories as I can’t drink hot drinks in summer and other than water I don’t like soft drinks.

2 days on plan & under calories. Feeling much better back in control.
My biggest fear is putting weight back on (I’m sure it’s inevitable) but I’m glad that I’m switched on enough to keep that little bit of an eye on things as it would be so easy to slip as the bad habits are the fun habits.
Back to just the one glass of wine tonight and I’ve really enjoyed it.
Right bed!
Tomorrow I need to focus on getting more water in - shouldn”t be hard I didn’t have any today at all 😬

Thanks Moo.
Got on scales (weigh day) and 2lb has gone. I think it was water retention as I’ve been at the loo a million times since Monday. But sticking with my plan this week next week away and we’ll be eating out then on it properly before Loch Ness.
