I put my running shoes back on last night and had a run in the rain to wash away my stress headaches. Hopefully the HiiT will shake things up abit, even if it is just a feeling of being a bit more balanced and fitter - emotionally and physically.

Welcome to the thread, Bowman.

Another disastrous week - back up a few lbs again. Comfort eating has taken over with recent events. We are waiting for the vet to come to see Jess but that isn't until 3:30pm. It's going to be a long day and a sad day. I will get back on plan, but it won't be today :(

Hope you’re doing ok GM it’s a very difficult time they may leave our vision but never our hearts.

Back from holiday and got a lovely message off a work friend commenting on the photos and how skinny I looked - def camera angle. But I did the usual and got weighed when I got back on Tuesday. Fell off the scales but got weighed today and I’m up 3lb. I had put 1.5lb on from the funny eating leading up to and after my ultra so all things told I’m happy with 3lb.

With the training my food intake had increased so now to take control again. Back logging on MFP and as of next month training will be back on track as I have Loch Ness mara in October then I’ll be putting in extra effort for The Wall next year. So hoping to keep the weight down and maybe lose some more over the next few months too. It’s such a battle isn’t it.

I've signed up to an NHS weight management 12week thing as staff can self refer. It's not great, but it's reminding me to keep a food diary, which is usually enough to keep me from munching.
