Hi Irontubs :)
I went back to SW last night at an embarrassing 13 lbs over target (having got to target last July). I was managing pretty well to stay within my target range until we went on holiday in May when it all went to pot and I've racked up the pounds ever since.
We're off on holiday again at the beginning of September so I have a new target and a bit more mojo, I hope!

I got back into my target range (just) at SW 2 weeks ago but was off on holiday last week so been trying to get back into this week. I will see what my scales say tomorrow and may nip to slimming or give myself another week. It’s bloody hard work though.

I have not stepped on the scales for quite some time. My clothes still fit though. Am getting back in the groove though.

morning all..... I am needing some focus, the weight has stayed off well it goes up after a little holiday comes back down but I need to get more effort in coming back down. Long weekend away (too much) wine, lots of nice food (still pretty healthy and home cooked) got weighed this morning and I'm up a couple of lbs.

That has me up 5 on where I got down to at my recent lowest, I know most of this weekends excess will go by weigh day, but I am conscious that it could very easily start creeping up without noticing (as it goes on more easily than it ever comes off) if I take my eye off the ball.

Menus planned, I have been stuck in a rut recently on meals, so I've had a rejig and some new meals and forgotten favourites added to my lists.

How is everyone else doing? Enjoying a bit more freedom and making the most of seeing friends & family? I hope you are all well. How is your mum Mandymoo?

I had gained a couple of pounds so had reined in my carb intake a bit. It seems to have stopped the rot in that I've not gained any more, but I could do with losing those couple of pounds again.

Hi everyone, hope you are all keeping well, even if the scales don't like us at the moment.

I managed to squeeze into the dress I brought for the wedding but have not shifted any weight in aeons (ok I am a stone lighter than my heaviest but no real movement for ages).

Not much exercise going on either and probably far too many alcoholic calories being consumed. A few health issues to deal with too on top of parent issues so I have lost the plot a bit. My BP is high even though I am on meds so time to be grown up and sensible. The scales showed +2 on Monday (my new weigh day) so wish me luck for this coming Monday.
