Belated thanks to Old Croc and his team for a warm welcome at the 300th Elgin parkrun. I got the impression there were more orienteers than locals! Also looks like the orienteers dominated the top 20 positions. Nice to meet other O Fetchies.

Hiya Shortcut - I was a bit gobsmacked when shouted out for visitors / first timers brief and over 80 people walked over!

If anyone fancies an Orienteering weekend in County Durham I'm helping with October Odyssey on 30 Sept/1st October. Saturday is Urban, Sunday is classic in the Durham Dales. Fragile Do Not Bend
I’d say try not to feel under pressure to do it in a certain amount of time, take your time to pay lots of attention to the map and your surroundings.
