I was 1st of 2. 46 min. Good run. Few errors but it wasn’t an area which punished you too badly I found.

Ankle was okay.

Took the win by over 5 min against an elderly field. I think I can claim my ankles are that of a 65 year old! Not a bad run/walk. Sub 10 min kms and a lot of spare capacity!

Did anyone make it to Mytchett? Nearly 700 entrants boosted by army inter corps champs. I’m Sure you have to go to JK or British champs to get higher participants. Job Steeds video is brilliant especially controls 7 to 8 😃
