Spending Christmas day with family as normal but this year we might squeeze a parkrun in first for the first time. Then home for one night before a trip to Belgium for new year.

Up at 6, dress in Christmas running clothes, feed the indoor animals and a mince pie or Christmas chocolate for me, walk the dogs. Get to the girls field for 7am and feed, get to Hugo by 7:30 to turn out, muck out and get his bedroom ready for him to come back in with hay, water and clean bedding. Hopefully some socialising. Then on to the club Christmas run round Fakenham starting at 9 am and finishing with warm mince pies and slow gin. Then home to make lunch for me and the dogs
