I had my first ever bread fail this week. Rye. Didn't make the dough wet enough. Was just edible on day 1 when warm but the leftovers were an offensive weapon. Busy work week. Back to baking at the weekend. |

Leaguefreak, that is a shame. We're found that most bread fails make fine eggy bread. I guess the bread equivalent to most cake fails being saved by either icing or being served warm and with custard! |
