That's a very fine looking loaf Lizzie! I fed my starter last night, mixing soon then it's stretch & fold every hour or two until it goes in the fridge overnight. |

I found this recipe LMH - does it look the same? planetveggie.co.uk 4 tbsp margarine or butter 75g brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla essence 150g porridge oats 75g white flour ¼ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp cinnamon 50g raisins Method: cream fat and sugar, beat in eggs, add other dry ingredients to give a stiff mixture. Bake for 10 mins @ 180. Makes 20. |
