Has anyone tried the "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day" thing?

Sorry, fleecy but I saw your name and then the word "artisan" just a few seconds later and it triggered a memory

Enjoy, minardi!
I've made fruit and seed flapjack, banana cake and apple and raspberry cake. None of it is vegan, but our resident alleged vegan is tucking in mightily.

Love the sound of apple and raspberry cake.
A new recipe for me...malteser tiffin.
If you ever hear anyone say 'i just can't put weight on' ...send 'em round to me.

Malteser tiffin sounds lethally decadent, runnyeyes
The apple and raspberry cake is good. The first version went to work for the staff yesterday and didn't come back. I chopped the apples into little pieces for that one, but today I grated them. The next version will have a bigger ratio of dry to wet ingredients because it's a little bit more puddingy than I intended.

Not as pudding-y as the raspberry custard muffins my dh just made. I congratulated him on inventing spoonable muffins Tasted good though.
