Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Cheeky 63.52 at parkrun yesterday. May yet sneak back under 25 mins. Alternate course measured long by 90 metres or so on my Garmin, so should be able to knock the 15 seconds off somewhere soon.

Nice cheeky going GH. Pleased it was long.

No one likes a short course.

57.01 on Saturday. A way to go yet, but the highest I've had for a while so shows things are going in the right direction!

I crept up a bit again yesterday to 57.58 for my race, and I've gone up another year since my last effort.

I'm guessing we're all now slowing down for winter?

However, I do have my first marathon since Berlin 2017 at the weekend. Snowdonia 60% WAVA for me is 3:58. I don't think so!

If I can sub 5 hours I'll be happy.
