Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm going to do just that Homer. Ironically it wasn't until I ran with Jogging Jon some years ago that at mile 22 he said 'Look behind you' and there was the most splendid view of Anglesey.

The best views are behind you.

Ah...run up the hill backwards?

Homer-Family had a little cheering station on the last hill last year. Don't think we'll make it this year

Snowdonia marathon 60% WAVA as expected didn't happen but came in sub 5 with a time of 4:49:06WAVA 49.57%.

Did manage 100% fun though. Fantastic race.

Well done WW, I managed 49.58% in Beachy Head 10k last week too. :)

I don't think I'll get any improvement as I've been a bit crocked this week and haven't managed to get all the training in that I'd planned. There's always next year...... ;-)

I was rather pleased with a 63.10 WAVA at Corby parkrun. 1st in cat (EVER!) best WAVA this year and best time posted at Corby this year.

All done in appalling conditions.

Great result WW. Sometimes appalling weather can be an incentive to get it over and done with quicker!
