Mr. K.
Well done GF - no wonder I didn`t see with you being 90 seconds in front
Glad to improve over the series & get a sub 50. Shame I didn`t get a sub 49.

Youngest Son is similarly "managing" a pf problem. He's tried all sorts of things and is now resigned to waiting until it gets better, which his physio thinks it eventually will. He can currently run about 5k without too much pain.

I'm going to join this thread if I may. It's been a while since I ran a 60% but I'm aiming to get back there

I should have alterted the group of my intentions for Kimbolton Half. Managed a WAVA of 60.63% in time of 1:52:21.
Satisfied with that considering ‘life stuff’ going on and disruptions to our routine.
A lovely run and company of Mrs Jigs.

WW - well done a great result.
Love Lettuce - I'm sure that 60% is within your capabilities.

Well done WW!
I crept up to 56.69% yesterday, not sure I'll ever get there but going the right way again.

Managed 61.99% at yesterday's parkrun. Probably a couple of seconds sooner would have got me that extra 0.01%
I don't race, these days. parkruns are the nearest I get.

That's a nice WAVA Columba. Better than 62%.
Keep on creeping upwards AR. It's a positive trend you have going on there.
