Good evening,

I’m pleased to report I managed at the EMGP 10k a time of 50:06 which brings up a WAVA of 62:27.

That completes the series of 7 races and with the exception of the pig of a course Weedon 10k I managed 60+ WAVA.

It was hard work.

Great running WW

I had to go and look up what these standards that were mentioned were. New to me as it's some years since I've entered my race results on Fetch, maybe I'd better start updating my records

There are all sorts of pockets of interest on Fetch, Shades. It keeps me busy at work.

63.04 at last night’s 5K. Didn’t have that great a race, as set off too fast, but still took 43 seconds off my fastest time this year. Highest WAVA since 2015. Achieved Coyote standard after that.

Give it a bosh Alpenrose. With the exception of my failing at Weedon 10k and Shades falling asleep :-) it's all success on this thread.

That's a big chunk Dein and good job on the WAVA. 2015 is a long time ago.

WW - years ago I had a job with as much forum time as I needed, was a lovely relaxed job, my own office too .
But I don't work now and I have plenty of time to update my Fetch records, I'll add it to the relaxed task list I have.

Well done Deinonychus.

I have another evening race on the 19th, will endeavour to stay awake so I at least make the start line.
