Hmmm. Well the recommended 30min/day takes us to 183hr, which is better than I managed in the 1st (relatively healthy) half of last year... I should have a better idea (healthwise) by the end of March - then I can pick a new hours target, or go for mileage.

Ooooh great idea! I love having a target/goal, can't run at the mo but am doing some fast hill walking on the treaddie in lieu until my injury recovers enough.
Please add me - 365 hours of cycling, swimming, aerobics and hopefully some running........can't wait to get stuck into it!
