Ooh count me in!
I came up with 260 hours based on 900 11min miles, 45 mins rowing each week and 30 mins each swimming and biking each week... but let's stretch that to 300

As OH is on here and motoring along, guess I'd better go for it too.
Generally been mid 200s for the last couple of years, 277 last year. Stick me down for 300 8 recorded so far....

Gosh not sure I will be able to keep up with thread if I join in proper. Yes that was my thinking Big cuz HG. Now considering I do around 4hrs x 5 days per week walking with much up and down around 2500 stairs a day carrtying 10 - 15kg weights at work then around another 1 - 1.5 hours walking and upper body work daily (mucking out etc. at horses). I think I will base my target on my "training training"
Lets go with the initial Thread suggestion of 365 and I will prob be behind for a good few months to start with. Hopevfully make a push through summer/autumn.

Great idea Happy! Please count me in as it fits brilliantly with my triathlon training plans and my love of cross training. I reckon 365 is a bit much for me as I do need a rest day and some of my regular sessions are shorter than 1 hour. I reckon 300 hours is a nice round number that shouldn't have me churning out junk miles or spending longer in the gym than I need to. Brilliant idea
