Jermy - the Gobster was 793 last year. We were goign to ban him from the thread for being too good. But instead, I think we shoudl set his target for him?

Some guidance: I'm rounding to half hour increments (not sure why!) The or at the end is your call. If you identify that you need to HTFU or Must Try Harder, then you say so and you get a Everyone else is deemed to be happy with what they are doign

In that case, you are a Naomi and you track whether the 9.5 means you need to do a wee hour of right arm 1kg weight raising from waist height to face heigth, repeat x 20 tonight. Your call! :-)G

Naomi - hence I am not training to mleage targets as I plan to have a number of different campaigns which will see me do very little of certain sports at some points
J/HG given I have done over 700 hours training every year for the last 3 I would expect to be over 700 hours
