Think in all honesty he would say he felt a bit stupid at first - but now we just crack on and the results are coming

It's maybe time I got back to doing this. I managed 3 days then struggled with a cough and cold which has lingered, but I think it's past it's best as far as excuses go!

OMG I think I am going to die Plus point - 20 mins (or however long it is) goes really quickly Negative - I didn't use weights as I didn't have any and I'm a chicken Negative - my legs no longer function Negative - I couldn't do it all without the "5 second break" Negative - I hurt Negative - she's too nice you have to keep going Negative - my knees hurt doing some of the workout, guess that'll be the extra lard then
Overall verdict?? LOVED IT!

YEY to that Pixie... go with it, you'll see progress quickly -definately advokate taking breaks and doing the easier vesions of the exercises til you master them - I have been studying myself and I think it's better to go slow and get the move right first at yoor own level
I did level 2 then ran this morning - interesting way round for me - I think it helped my speed today BUT I was still hot when I left which as it's cold may have been a bit tricky on body temp/cold catching ability
But anyhow.. DONE! YEY
