1 Get a pb at any distance
2 Exercise every day
3 Take care of myself (physio, injury care and prevention, stretching)
4 Travel (including UK)
5 Slow down - practice meditation, breathing, etc
6 Feel the fear and do it anyway (get outside my comfort zone

Oh, and volunteer more but that's not number 7

Nights again, physical bits are done. My decision making can be somewhat questionable and impulsive when sleep deprived (I don't allow myself to shop on the back of a run if nights anymore, too expensive). I'll give targets more thought and commit them to the thread when I'm less zombie. Probably Tuesday.

My targets:
1. Run 1500 miles (didn’t quite do it this year)
2. Walk 500 miles (way off this year)
3. Achieve 70% WAVA
4. Get back to target weight
5. Start OW swimming

6. Start doing some upper body stuff!
