As for targets I have really struggled with these but here goes.
1. Contine my gratitude journal

2. Swim more
3. Bike more
4. Walk more
5. Run more
6. Enter at least 1 event

Day 5 done. Targets chosen are run more, run a marathon, restart Pilates and go to Harriers more. Usual stuff. Maybe 2022 will be the year I achieve this.
